Green Ball Junior tennis lessons 10-13yrs+
Our Green Ball program is where our players aged 10-13 years and up embark on an exciting journey towards becoming a skilled tennis player! In this program, they’ll experience the thrill of refining their stroke technique, boosting their precision and control with every swing.
As they dive into advanced shot selection and point construction, they’ll not only play the game but master it, learning to make smart and strategic decisions on the court.
Players will also deepen their understanding of spin and speed, transforming them into savvy players who can adapt to any game situation. With a strong focus on serve technique, they will learn to serve with accuracy and power, adding to their confidence and competence on the court.
Beyond physical skills, the Green Ball program nurtures their tactical intelligence, encouraging them to think critically and solve problems in real-time match scenarios. This program is not just about learning tennis – it’s about building life skills in a fun, supportive environment, setting a robust foundation for their competitive tennis journey.
Skill Levels:
- Level 1: Beginner to Developing Competencies
- Level 2: Developing to Consistently Demonstrating Competencies
- 60min lessons
- Max. 6 per group
- Full Court
- Green low compression ball is used which is 25% slower than a normal ball
- 25, 26 & 27 inch racquets
