Small group coaching (maximum 6 players) ensures plenty of hitting, movement, and individual attention.
You’ll stay active, enjoy the session, and improve your game — without it feeling overwhelming.
Choose The Right Level
Level 1 — Beginner
- New to tennis or returning after time away
- Learning basic technique and control
- Building confidence getting the ball back more consistently
Level 2 — Intermediate
- Comfortable participating in structured drills and point play
- Able to rally with other players
- Looking to improve technique, consistency, control, and movement
Players are grouped by level to ensure the best experience for everyone.

If unsure, we recommend starting in Level 1.

Excel Morning Club offers flexible, session-by-session booking.
$30 per session
Book individual sessions through the Excel Tennis Customer Portal, with no term commitment required.
Session Availability
August Sessions Now Open
Bookings are now open for four weeks of Excel Morning Club throughout August.
Sessions will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays and can be booked individually, giving you the flexibility to attend when it suits your schedule.
Attend casually or build Morning Club into your weekly routine.
Sessions are subject to minimum booking numbers. If a session cannot proceed, you will be notified in advance and your booking will be transferred or credited.

Train 2x Per Week for the Best Results
Many Morning Club players train twice per week by attending a second Morning Club session or combining Morning Club with Cardio Tennis or Evening Club.
