Payment Options

Excel Tennis payments are managed through our secure online booking and payment system.

Clients can view their bookings, invoices and payment information through the Excel Tennis Customer Portal or App.

Term-Based Programs

Term-Based Programs are paid by direct debit through the Excel Tennis Customer Portal.

Direct debit details must be authorised using a bank account, credit card or debit card payment method.

A player’s place in a Term-Based Program is confirmed once the required enrolment and direct debit payment arrangements have been completed through the Excel Tennis Customer Portal, subject to successful payment by the advised due date.

Excel Tennis Term-Based Programs operate on a rollover enrolment system. Current participants are automatically re-enrolled for the following term and receive priority placement in their existing class, subject to the advance payment notice and cancellation arrangements outlined in the Enrolment & Payment Policy.

Clients will receive advance notice before each new term, including the scheduled direct debit payment date, and may request to change or stop their enrolment before the advised deadline.

Please note that direct debit payments for Term-Based Programs may not be deducted, processed or updated immediately. Processing times can vary depending on the authorised payment method, payment provider and the client’s bank or financial institution.
